1. Services Provided

AquaBlast Exterior Services agrees to provide the following services:
Pressure washing (Car park, walkways, building exterior etc.
Gutter Cleaning
Fascia and Soffit Cleaning
Window Cleaning
Other if agreed upon
2. Pricing and payments:

Balance Due: Upon completion or within X days of invoice (as agreed).
Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week.
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer / Revolut / Cash (only if agreed)
3. Client responsibilities
Ensure access to water supply and power (if required for gutter vac).
Inform staff/tenants or any other stakeholders of scheduled work and clear the work area if necessary.
Secure any fragile items, vehicles, or propert that could be affected by the service.
4. Risks and Liabilities
While we take the utmost care, AquaBlast Exterior Services is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to surfaces, including cracks or loose paint.
Water runoff affecting nearby areas or neighbouring properties.
Water infiltration due to structural vulnerabilities in the property.
Sodium Hypochlorite may be used during the cleaning process, this will be discuss and agreed upon prior to it's use. Sodium Hypochlorite can be harmful to plants, pets and unsealed surfaces. We will use the utmost care the correct dillution methods if using this product.
We maintain full public liability insurance, but any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 100 euro cancellation fee.
We may reschedule due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances but we will try to deliver the service where possible.
6. Work Completion and Satisfaction
The client or a reprentative should inspect the work upon completion
If there are any concerns, they must be reported within 24 hours for review.
No refunds are given after work is completed unless due to verifiable negligence.
